Try changing the ejection line to

{_x setpos (ETG_TransportVehicle modeltoWorld [0, -15, -2])  ;unassignvehicle _x;  _x action ["Eject",ETG_TransportVehicle];sleep 0.2} forEach ParachutersName;

Usually unassignvehicle should be enough but it seems to be broken and unless you use both setpos and unassignvehicle the chopper will stop.
