I wrote a script to refull ammo ctates after a certain period of time but how do I add specific cargo?

I was trying but kept getting funny errors that I dont understand.

In the init field an ammo crate I added _ammo addweaponcargo ["M107",100]; _ammo addmagazine ["M107",100];

I copied that straight from the script...I tried taking the "_" away and then trying without athe ammo bit.

**K did a bit more reading. I now added "this addweaponcargo ["M16A2",100]" etc, works fine!!

I tryed, this addweapon "G36C"; this addmagazine "30Rnd_556x45_G36" wokred fine to add to a unit such as rifleman

but, when i add, this addweapon "G36C"; this addmagazine "30Rnd_556x45_G36" wen i add that to a init in ammo boz, it dosent work??

Because you need to write this addmagazinecargo ["weapon name", ammount] and this addmagazinecargo ["Magazine name", ammount].

Try this

Add an empty Ammo Box special US

Name:
wep_us

Initialization:
[this] exec "ammo_us.sqs";

Open a blank notepad and put this in there:

_crate = _this Select 0
ClearMagazineCargo _crate
ClearWeaponCargo _crate

_crate AddWeaponCargo ["G36A", 30]
_crate AddMagazineCargo ["30Rnd_556x45_G36", 360]
_crate AddWeaponCargo ["MP5SD", 15]
_crate AddMagazineCargo ["30Rnd_9x19_MP5SD", 180]
_crate AddWeaponCargo ["M240", 30]
_crate AddMagazineCargo ["100Rnd_762x51_M240", 180]
_crate AddWeaponCargo ["M9", 30]
_crate AddMagazineCargo ["15Rnd_9x19_M9", 240]
_crate AddMagazineCargo ["HandGrenade", 50]

Exit

Save this then in your mission folder as
ammo_us.sqs

Obviousley chop and change add etc weapons as you like.

Flat!!! : Because you need to write this addmagazinecargo ["weapon name", ammount] and this addmagazinecargo ["Magazine name", ammount].

And by the first addmagazinecargo i think he means addweaponcargo, just in case it threw you

As for your question.
Whats wrong with the guides/tutorials available already? There are so many I wonder why you ask for the same but just in one package.

I believe you searched, you just wont ever find this cause there just is to much to put it in one guide.
So, you will keep stuck with reading multiple tuts ;)

at the same subjet,
i was working on the french weapons pack (ofrp),ive installed it , but didn't work (but i found the related pbo and bisign files in directory arma on the hard disk) so using scripts to add new ammo box was fruitful, the problem is for the m2 trepieds gun and for the lg 51 mortar, how can i put them in the mission even empty,(in another words how can i put a weapon not listed in the insert units tab but exists as pbo file),

No, but here a "how to" to find weapons classnames in editor preview:

Create a trigger, make it "RADIO ALPHA" and repeatable (size and dir are of no matter). In the On activation line, write the following:

hint format ["%1", weapons player]
Now go in preview and activate radio alpha (0-0-1). This will show you the weapons you have. When the trigger is repeatedly, you may change your weapons (don't forget to put an ammobox) and re-use radio command.

If you need to know classnames of weapons magazines, just replace "weapons" with "magazines" in the above code.
