'm freaking out! please help. I'm looking for a solution from 2 days ... I installed "ace" and "acre" mods by play with six. I downloaded "warfare - benny edition" and I installed it manually. I started the game, the server and the mission. All rights.
But when the mission begins, I have only the AN/PRC-343, as happens with other mission with the editor. The questions are:
1) how do I get one of the Command Radio in "Warfare - Benny edition" and in other missions?
2) why ctrl + shift + v doesn't work?
3) If i want to put a radio crate by the editor (with all radio in), why if there isn't ace, I find it, but if I have ACE installed I don't have it?? Please answer dudes. I know that there may be a lot of similar threads, but I do not find them D:
And sorry for my bad english..
P.s. i opened a topic in this section bit moderatore closed it because it was in a wrong section. I hope you'll help me...

1) To do this you need to edit the mission and add it to a unit or ammobox. Or you could edit the unit weapons loadout with a mod and give it to them by default but this requires a lot of skill

2) The key combo for bringing up the radio is an ACRE function and not related to ACE. It should work if you have the ACRE userconfig file in the user config folder as described in the manual. In this config is a key combination that could be altered if required. Also you need the radio in your inventory for it to work.

3) ACE must have its own radios that overwrite the 'other' radios and removes them. Sinds many people play ACE + ACRE it must be possible to use the radio somehow only i could not tell you how.

For ctrl+shift+v, i checked it yesterday, and was correct... maybe i confused ctrl with alt... i'll try soon. For editing the mission adding a radio to all units, exist any manual/guide? thx for your answer

EDIT: I managed to add radio... I tried by creating a new mission. I hope it works editing superpowers or benny edition warfare

Added 15 hours 49 minutes later:

So guys, i tried to create a new mission and it works if i add radios to unit with this code:
this addWeapon ["radio name"]
But if i sue this code in superpowers, it works only with AN/PRC343 and AN/PRC148UHF.
For command radio doesn't work. I tried Aldo with "addMagazine" bit nothing to do... Anyone can help me?

Im using the latest version of ARMA 2 OA and the latest version of the A.C.E. 2 mod the .522 or smth, The major bug is that the tanks and armored vihicles have no ammo in their main guns, this is a big problem for me, any solutions out there ??

I have exactly the same problem. I've seen a lot of other people on google with the same issue but no solution. Any idea what's causing this?

If you test with just these mods you still get no ammo for main guns? Pretty sure this is a mod conflict between ACE and something else.

Hello everyone,
I'm encountering problem using the ACE 2 mod for ArmA 2 CO. I've installed the CBA mod, followed by the 148MB ACE 2 mod (http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=12155). Then i've extracted the function_library and userconfig folder into the main directory of my game.Now, whenever i try to run the ArmA 2 OA shortcut on desktop, i get the following error

"Addon 'cba_xeh_oa' requires addon 'CA_CommunityConfigurationProject_E'."

Even though once close the dialogue box, the game resumes normally. Once inside the game, i've realised that none of the ACE tools are working at all. Like:-
1> Maptools are in the inventory, but pressing H on the map brings nothing.
2> DAGR, Vector 21B are not working either. Pressing 'HOME' with DAGR in the inventory brings nothing.
3> SOFLAM doesn't work at all, loading battery by Alt+Shift+Ctrl+R( or simply R) doesn't effect the display at all, left clicking doesn't activate the LASER at all.
4> Any Tank's FCS doesn't work at all, pressing 'TAB' doesn't ON the Laser rangefinder, pressing 'B' doesn't switch to Battleoptics either.
5> Artillery computer inside the Battery HMMMV doesn't respond, i keep clicking the required option, but the computer doesn't show up.
6> Artillery Ammoboxes doesn't have any arty rounds.
7> Claymores, C4s, Flashbangs, various Russian ordnances doesn't work. Hell, they don't even show up in the cycle weapons menu.
8> And countless other "Useless Gadgets".
9> ACE_Clippi tools shows unable to save changes while making changes.

I've scrolled through the BI forums but couldn't find any solution. Any solution will be highly appreciated.

# VIPER[CWW] : if your just using operation arrowhead then you only need to use @CBA_OA, as said earlier it seems you have an incomplete download, also does this problem stop the game from working, sometimes you'll find you get errors and the game still works fine.

Added 5 minutes later:

Alternatively you can get the file you need here which i have taken from my own @CBA, should be ok to add it to the @CBA_OA\main.pbo

Now isnt that nice :-)

(you add it by unpacking the .pbo with tools like eliteness, cpbo, pboView etc)

Hi Guys,
I have just installed latest version of ACE2 and the associated extras with it. Note the only extra I don't use is the sound mod, I have JSRS instead. I have an interesting problem with some of the armoured vehicles. The following list of vehicles spawn with no ammunition in the main armament and when attempting to rearm them using the ACE support vehicles and regular rearm vehicles it says that the main armament has capacity 0/0. All secondary armaments work fine with full capacity. The vehicles are as follows:-
All variations of the BMD-2.
Both T-90s.
All M1 Abrams variations.
All Bradley variations including the M6 Linebacker.
All MGS Strykers.
Any method on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated I love my armoured vehicles hahaha :-D Thanks
P.S. Apologies if this has already been answered but time is not my friend and I just had a quick glance through the thread and may have missed it.
