Of course!
If you are running Steam version, right click and run Combined Ops.

If youre still having problems with getting it to work, go to your ArmA 2 directory> addons > Ca.pbo, (copy this)
then go to your OA directory > Expansion > Addons (and paste)

Yea man, In able to play ARMA II content in OA you must have ARMA II or Combine Operations. Sorry,

What if you have Arma 2 threw steam and OA threw sprocket. Can u still do it?

also,can u put all arma 2 addons in AO or is it just maps.

Good question. But I have my copys on disc so..... But the only thing that might prevent them is the fact that they were bought from two different servers. Why not just get it from one of them. or buy Combine operations?

been playing arma 2 way b4 CO came out.i bought arma 2 on steam .but when oa came out steam got a late so i bought it on sprocket

yes, you can mix sources, ie : have a steam a2 and sprocket oa, and get them to work, or vice versa.

For the op : no, you cannot legaly get arma2 maps in arrowhead without owning arma2. i would recomend buying it ( have a look at sprocket's page, that way you'd be sure to support the developer most )

I think I've tried them all and everyone asks for files from Chernarus or Utes (results range from the map loading with no clutter/ buildings to causing the game to CTD). I've tried all the ones on Six Updater as well that aren't marked as incompatible as well.

You were able to buy OA which is more expansive than A2?
You are able to buy a PC which actually runs this game?

I fail to see why you cant buy A2 for like 10 - 20 euros.
