Hi Higgz !

I guess that you put everything to max. Try to lower your view distance. Maybe that would help.

What kind of power supply do you have?

Hi Higgz and :welcome to armaholic.
Unfortunately not so many people have the game yet, most of them are waiting for the German version.
So there is not so much feedback about performance and even less cause only official forums are in Czech till the German release.

Anyways i read in BI forums that maybe the Czech version is not so optimized for dual core, but i guess most of people are playing a non-legal version of the game and that could be a problem as well.

I am no an expert in computers but in GR:AW some people tried to disable one of the cores for playing the game so their PC runs only with 1 core.

I'm sorry but i cant help u more, if u cant find a solution i would wait till the German Release (in few days) and see what people say about performance on such a great PC.

Since in the BI forums placebo keeps locking threads asking for english support there is not very much we can say about whats causing your problems. To be able to give you good support we will have to wait until the English support forum has opened.

In the meantime all I can say is, what drivers are you using? If it are the latest try rolling back to an earlier version (supporting your card offcourse), if it are old drivers try the new ones.

Disable AA in your hardware setting, only enable it in the game options.

What soundcard are you using? x-fi? If you have an onboard card try to use that one instead.

Do you have on old/spare GPU? Try the game with an older card and see if that fixes it.

Do a memtest with memtester, to see if your memory is still ok. Run the test at least 8 - 12 hours.

Ohh and yes, tell us what kind of power supply you have :wink

@Higgz

Make sure you do only one thing at a time. If you do two or more things at once you won't be able to say for sure what fixed the problem for you. What about some of the other suggestions made by Fox?

I havent really gotten into how these CPU's work but I imagine thats done in the BIOS.
But if you areant up to date with that maybe you do some background search about it.

Atm I am putting a new system together as well (not building it but on paper to buy it) and I am going to get an e6600 or e6700...........when I read some more about them I might be able to give some more help here.
But for now on this issue I have to step back a little.
