first impressions:
major graphics-bugs (a few blue bushes and trees here and then - caused lag of a few seconds to pass them) and total crash after 10 mins when reaching extraction zone of very first mission. :(

gonna try some adjustments in graphics options but maybe i need another driver for graphics card (older ati version or omega driver)

edit and second impressions:
i lowered shadow details to low level and now it works fine for me. only very little graphics bugs:

this is how a tank looks inside for me... :D

played one of those 2 minor missions (sniping a convoy) and finished it without any problems.

the game is great :)

Tick lower resolution and settings.

I had the same problems. All weird textures. Even now i get some from time to time and that on x1950 Pro, which should run it without a problem.

well, gamestar.de tested the game in their last magazine. referring to their tests i should be able to run it in resolution 1600x1200x32 with almost all high details but i'm playing it at 1024x768x32 with standard details (except shadows, as you know i lowered them).

if i can only play it in 800x600x32 the game is uninteresting to me. i won't upgrade my hardware just to be able to reasonably run armed assault.

my system:
mainboard asrock 939dual-vsta
amd athlon 64 x2 4200+
1024 mb ram (another 1024 mb coming this week)
asus x800 pro/td, 256 mb

btw, most of the text spoken in german version is english. weird: the storytelling video is spoken in both languages, i.e. the female tv-reporter speaks german while the marine she's interviewing speaks english. :p

foxy, feel free to move it to public section. no secrets here. :)

don't get me wrong: the pic i posted is the only major graphics bug i got. inside humvee textures were no problem. only in tank i had above mentioned experience as if i was smoking weed. :D
while running through landscape there were no problems except once i saw some weird vectors for a tenth of a second.
all in all the game was smooth but i didn't test it with lots of smoke and so on.

I think he was kicked out his old house.

maybe he is looking at the picture of my house, since that will be his new home for 2 days.

:lol

Well, I do have a new home now officially :love
Its not very big, but it sure is decent, very nice neighbourhood and a little closer to work, so my travel times go down with 15 minutes :)

No I didnt win the lotery, I dint buy the house neither. I cant affort to buy a house here in holland since I live alone.........I would need to earn like 5000+ euro each month to be able to buy something decent here.

@Raa, I already feel at home :)
:lol

Anyway, to stay on topic a little..........I will search for this bug and maybe a solution :)
