o halo thar

My name is pedo bear, and im new to the community...been looking forward to playing the full version of arma, and i have just recently had the pleasure of doing so. My first and only question, is where are the uv maps of the characters? Before i can start skinning, i need to know where the files are ;)

I hope i can get started soon, because i've been wanting to make a blackwater operative for a long time now.

I believe the files need to be recompiled in order to be read...so is there anyone out there who could do it for meh when i finish?

Hi Pedo, :welcome
I can't help you with your question directly, however BIS (the developers) have released sample models
which you can find information about here

These include a Us soilder and a general skeleton.

I am pretty sure they include the Uv mats (have not checked for sure yet sorry). Note, there is a much easier way to do it (not having to go though configs/selections) and not having to touch any of the model, if all you want is a reskin but I think you would need to wait for someone who has done so to arrive for info on that.

If you plan on editing the soilder, here for some help
