My brother and me noticed after a few hours of playing Warfare with the Benny ed. that the AI (as far as we can tell) does not seem to build any air units. Has anything been done to implement this or are we missing something? A mod maybe?

I've only updated to 1.57 (downloading 1.59 as I'm writing here) but I didn't see anything in the change log that might suggest a fix for this.

I was playing it yesterday for a matter of fact and I was kind of annoyed with just how
many air units were flying around, lol. When the target was on a city! all the air units
flew there, little birds hovering outside the city and flippin chinooks flying all around
the city giving air fire! maybe a mistake as that should really be the littlebirds. And also
the blackhawks were spawning but I noticed them always crashing around the base so...
its working for me, lol.

Great stuff!!

Just for interest, how long were you paying? My guess is we weren't not playing long enough to really give the AI a chance to build up air units. And also (might be a stupid question), you are referring to the opposing AI, not your own right?

It was for my side and the ai, but it was after about 30/40 mins playing!

It also depends on the strengh of the side/town/city your attacking! so for instance
if the force is small then there wont be no air support! if its big then sure there
will be more assets.
