Hi ArmAII friends,
as you know 30 years have passed since the beginning of the Falklands / Malvinas war on 2nd April 1982, but sadly the community cannot find any addons / Mods for ArmAII.

Surpirsingly if we would see again a mod related to the Falklands / Malvinas war, the needed addons already exists with other mods (eg. Project RACS, Vilas P85, Pedagne Mod etc...), and need just some improvements / retexturing and general file organisation, the worst issue should be the terrain (the islands) but again with the references of the addons/mods made for Ofp and ArmA (and the cooperation of a terrain maker), in a relatively short period we should have again this nice historical mod alive.

Tell me please what do you think, and if it's possible not just bring to a new AII life the old related addons, but making something better and new, just collecting and improving the already existing addons, in cooperation with the whole community instead of a single dedicated group.
What I would like to start is a sort of open source group to make this historical mod alive again, with the cooperation of whoever would like to give a hand.

I like to help , I have ported the falkland map too A2 plus upgraded it clutter, I port truck and ect, right now porting the men as we speak.
Plus from other mod have built the uk plane force.

this is for my personal usage but if like to try and get from the modder that made the first one, it can be pulbic. I mostly just work on stuff for my self as this forum, are nazi on what, is my and your's on stuff. That why there only few modders that post new stuff, other script.

It a sad think to look down on other that try to better thing's.

Thank you for your lovely comments. We are not nazi's, we repsect authors rights where you simply use what you want, how you want and even post about having ported other peoples work without asking for permission on a public forums.
