Lars dude, this look totally legit! That firetruck rammed me in the face with awesomeness. To see these vehicles an F16's so familiar to any dutchman in Arma is a true delight. Keep on keepin' on!
Will there be politie-auto's and ambulances too? Also still looking forward to the Grebbeberg map!

I don’t know if there are any other nice representatives of Dutch Police and Ambulance around, but if there are good chance they might find a way into the mod. The progress of the Grebbeberg has halted but might be useable at some time. If the mod is further on the road, I’m thinking of trying to make some basic Dutch terrain if I can get through the endless list of tutorials :) Thanks for the vote of confidence!

Just an update, The train module still need to be adjusted for the Dutch trains and maybe we can add some cool sounds for it and then make a nice video. The texture is a simple start so could use some refining too :)

Looking for (native) Dutch speakers to make a voice module with for the Dutch Armed Forces mod. You don’t have to be a native Dutchman but 85% close to ASN (Algemeen Standaard Nederlands) would be nice.
We also have to find out how to record (what hardware) and in what sample rate etc.!

The last patch of 2013 is being uploaded to Armaholic right now and should be available around dinner time (CET)

3 things to note:
Fennek not ready yet
Dont use the Navy crew yet (except the pilot)
fastrope broken in current form (remove norrn_dbo_fastrope to make CH47 work)

I am sorry but I doubt I will release this (or anything else today). I had a devastating day at work and after 15 hours I am dead :-)
Tomorrow I stay home and I will bring all releases up to date including yours.

One question though, the patch is only 17MB or so, is that correct? In the past you released a full new archive, I assume you are switching to small patches?

Thanks for the heads up! Sorry I was having some trouble with the upload, but i'm now trying again with a new install of FZ, and MS Win7 firewall disabled. I had to reinstall my system in a hurry after some software got broken (again) so I might have missed something that's causing this. The new file is about 1.75GB in size :) It should be on the server at about 20.10u tonight :) and if all fails maybe we can use ModDB as a point of distribution: http://www.moddb.com/mods/dutcharmedforces/downloads/dutch-armed-forces-v058 (file should be available at the same time as on Armaholic but need to be approved first).


Update:
I've tried 8 times now, don't know what the issue is but the files on ModDB have been approved! So you can also get them from there. In the new year ill try to solve the FTP issue once I got the time for it. Thanks again to all Armaholic crew & especially to Foxhound for his outstanding contribution to the world of ArmA :)

I am sorry about your issues with the public FTP. I have cleaned the FTP of all old files now as well. They have no place there anymore anyway.
Let me know if the next time you still have the same issue!

I think you allready did, but check the site of defensie itself.
Then for the vehicles part, its not mutch but; https://picasaweb.google.com/110886617391696206199/OpenDagKLOirschot03 (there are some vehicles thats from from the past)
ArmA (Find vehicles available in Arma that are or were in the Dutch armies)
Well in arma 2 there are no vehicles that used by the dutch army, but for arma 3.
Strider(Fennek), FV-720(CV-90 in my eyes), AFV-4(Patria), MBT-52(Leopard) thats all i found so far.
But all of those vehicles are "upgraded" to a 2035 look, so its not really dutch material.

Any plans to release the sub model as a standalone unit ?
Would be ideal as eye candy for SDV insertions or underwater extractions. Wish you guys all the best with what looks to be a great mod !
