Thanks you Foxhound, looking great!

supergrunt, If you have a little time or know some websites that have KMAR pictures that would be realy helpful. Also any advice on how to make them better (incl. color codes etc.) please feel free to add it. Maybe a list of vehicles in use and last but not least maybe you know a good reference unit uniform must be found in the A2 or A2:CO download sections......I can do quite a bit but the size of the mod makes it hard for me to keep up!

go to
marechaussee voertuigen
or
politievoertuigen.nl

you will find a very big collection of photo's from vehicles in use by the KMAR

and here i have a PDF file with the regulations on Police striping (KMAR uses the same ones only the back site of the car is Nassau bleu)

and just for intrest Defence striping

# -=XTRA=-Larsiano : -The extra pictures have disappeared

As I explained some time ago images of 6+ mb make no sense online and I cant even upload them (and wont) to our automated image system. So, if you give a huge bunch of images and all of those were of massive size what you force me to do is rework each and every image to get its size down to less than 1mb (I always try to link our thumbs to images of less than 1mb). Since I do not want to rework all those images you included with it cause I am limitted on time I made a small selection and added 8 images which I made smaller. ;-)

-version is still on 0.74 beta
Fixed
-Arma2:CO & OA_beta are not in the Requirements list
Its listed in the OA section and A2 is required which makes it a CO release. This is how we have always handled CO releases on Armaholic since the start.
I wasnt aware the beta was required at all, I have added the requirement now.

-both links don’t work at the moment
Fixed, had brainfart while updating the link.

A big thanks for fixing this. I was aware of the file size limitation and will provide thumbs next time. But what I meant was the extra pictures linked on the page before to the older DAFmod content, they are gone now.

Ahh those images you mean.
Yeah, I decided to remove them. The page content was becoming to much (eventhough they were placed under a spoiler) and people can view all those screens in your thread anyway (I got them from there).
Those reasons, as well as the fact I am trying to make the current pages which I update/add to fit the future layout of the new website and there we wont add images to the page text itself anymore as all pages will have a media showcase (with a limitted ammount of screens, but still). :-)

You do not need i face the same problem with many people and missions. They create a mission many times under 1mb and them add a bmp image of 6MB or pngs around 2MB.

I always launch GIMP and make them jpg and lower the quality to acceptable size (you can see what's the final size). I have a batch plugin for sets of image too :-)

You can see here that you can hardly notice the differences. Your image is almost 1MB while mine is 100kb (I just made a jpg and lowered quality to 60%)
