Ok so my plan is while me and my team are riding in a BlackHawk I want it to be shot down. Now I have made the chopper invincible using "this allowdamage false" However I don't know if you guys or gals have noticed this works only until the chopper collides with terrain. I can shoot it point blank with an artillery cannon and it survives but the minute it touches a tree on its down fall it explodes killing everyone onboard. I dont want it to land safely I want this thing to literally crash (No Explode) in a forested area. Any Ideas?

Ok, but my issue is the chopper explodes upon impact. I need this thing to be 110% impervious to all damage. Not even god himself could destroy this chopper.

Not possible. Choppers will always either explode, or not crash.

One thing I did to solve that problem is spawn a lot of dust when the chopper would get under 5 meters, and when it'd get at 2 meters, delete it, and spawn a wreck at its exact location. Though if you want something a bit scenic it demands you apply velocity to the wreck for a bit, and all that usually cause lag in MP.

So the only solution is usually (in MP) to skip the crash and start the mission at the direct aftermath of it.

damn, Oh well. I have it set up right now where the chopper starts going down and it force ejects everyone on board at 60m. I'll just have to stick with that one.

On the other hand, you could have the chopper actually crash and explode, but prevent people in it from taking any damage.
Then maybe add by script a little damage to each passenger.

Thats the other issue, Some of them I have in their int box: "this allowdamage false" which you would think that makes them invincible but they still die and only a select few actually survive the crash in a wounded state.

Ha. Goddamn choppers.
You could try the eventhandler way insted of allowDamage, see if that changes anything.
this addEventHandler ["HandleDamage", {false}];

I just had another idea, I'll test that and get back to you if I find anything interesting.

Ha! It works! now the only issue is to get it to work at a specific time. Otherwise I have the FirstAid Modules hooked up and they completely take over and allow me to die again.
