I am getting a little annoyed of the ArmA 2 & ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead scripting. They are very helpful, but it can get very complex when it comes to mission editing.
You need lots of scripts & making sure you got all the scripting right, so I am wondering about ArmA 3; Will ArmA 3 have a much more simpler but same amount of functions as ArmA 2 editor?
Oh and also, tell me & send me a link of a mission briefing & stuff editor if you know a good one.

You're in luck! From one of the designers of A3 back in September:

Just added a briefing module to #Arma3. The first step in making mission editing without any scripting knowledge possible.

You can actually do quite a lot without scripting, or with very little scripting. Learning how the Mission Editor works is a good first step towards that and designing missions that use the editor instead of more complex type scripted events.

For briefings you can use a template or an editor to make things easier for you.
