I have lousy specs (i'm on my mums laptop) soon getting a powerful graphics card. The problem is when I open the game, well see for your self:

I noticed the texture on the profile is normal (I have played a showcase but same issue occurred)

I've got DirectX 11
I can run Crysis 2 without any performance issues (just major lag)

Well, you never listed your specs so all we can do is guess.
But playing Arma on a laptop is just never a good idea. The fact you can run Crisis means nothing in the Arma world. Even NASA contacted us to ask how to get Arma up and running on their machines.......just for fun I told them to get more RAM *ROFL*

Buuuut anyway.....Upgrade all your drivers, lower all graphics settings in game and see if that helps.

That's one game!

Anyway, i'm sure the menu should load correctly
as it doesn't consume a lot of ram

Since my friend broke my desktop trying to play ArmA 3, I have to use my laptop.
Until I get it fixed, I'm stuck with this red thing.
To filip, you might have to wait until beta, Intel updates their graphics drivers, or get another PC (Only do this as last resort)
