As pick by Foxhound ASAP (faster man on the ArmA community ) the Team R3F release an AlphA version of the French Weapons Pack for ArmA 3 : A one month full time job for Nanucq and his tester's team.
With this hight resolution FAMAS, FrF2, PGM, HK417, Minimi 5.56 and 7.62, AT4, we will provide all the immersive feeling on the ArmA3 tactical game to be released in a few weeks. As we did on ArmA2, the R3F_Armes pack will be the gold standard for playing French Army Forces. With ArmA3 you can customize your weapon with all different items like optics or SD.

wow, very nice quality, especially the optics.
one thing though, wy are the optics not working on the standart arma 3 weapons or other mods?
i know its possible because i can confirm the elcan from de CAF mod works on both the standart arma 3 weapons and the FHQ m4 mod. It would be realy cool to use these optics on other weapons.

The attachment system BIS made doesn't really allow for adding user-made attachments to any and all weapons in the game - so what you're requesting isn't really feasible.
Each weapon has to have a list of specified attachments inserted into the config, and you'd have to manually edit this part of the config for each weapon and re-pack the .pbo with the updated list every time you wanted to add a new attachment to a weapon.
Also, if you use another addon that attempts to edit the attachment list of the same weapons as your addon edits the attachment list for (say R3F made a 'patch' addon that adds their sights to the MX rifles, and FHQ made another that adds their sights to the MX) - the two different config lines will conflict to update the same list, and the game will only accept the list provided by one of the addons, stopping the other from working.
Unless BIS alters the way the attachment system works, or the community devises some sort of system for automating the process using 'tags' in the config of the attachments, and macros for the compatibility lists for the weapons, it's not really something that can be done practically.
How does one add the at4cs with the addweapon command?
I've tried the usual "*unitname* addweapon "R3F_AT4CS";" but it doesn't show on the unit....Everything else is awesome, simply amazing, but I just can't get that at4cs added to a unit(NOT a container, a unit). The ammo works fine, just the launcher doesn't show. I get no error msgs, so the game seems to think everything's cool...Any help anyone?
Hey, i have some Trouble with this Mod.
If i have just this Mod installed, it works fine, but when i have some other Mods installed too, it don't work!
The Exectly Error is: No entry 'bin/config.bin/cfgglasses.muzzle_snds_H'
When i have some other Mods installed, but this one not, it works fine, too...
Can anyone help me? I want to play this Mod with a few other Weapon Mods.

Hey folks, a buddy of mine has a problem with the r3f_armes. If he starts arma with the r3f-mod he gets the following message: "arma3 r3f_armes requires caweapons". CBA_A3 is up to date. In the forum i found a topic with a similar problem (http://www.armaholic.com/forums.php?m=posts&q=18100), but the problem is not really solved. My buddy downloaded the BETA-update today (27.06.2013).
