(First and foremost, I posted this in the General section before I saw this Editing section, so I apologize. I'll try delete the other one now)

Hello, I am new to this site and new to Arma as well. So far I'm loving the game, and loving the editor, but I have absolutely no clue how to set-up a trigger that'll say "Area Clear" once all enemies are dead in a specific area.

I've tried googling this, but even the most basic of answers are still far too advanced for me to understand at my early stage. So I said I'd join up and ask you personally if you could, please, explain to me how to do this in lamens terms. Explain it to me like i'm a two year old, so to speak. 'Coz I am an absolute dummy - of the highest order - when it comes to tech jargon and complicated stuff like this.

Thanks very much for your help.

Hello,

put a trigger (F3) covering the whole area, activated by opfor (if that's the side you want to be cleared of the area), not present, once.

Click on the "effect", chose type as "text" and write "Area clear" or whatever you like in the text box.

Have a look here : https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/trigger

Excellent! Thanks very much. Works like a charm :) Don't suppose you know how to set-up a helicopter extraction by any chance? :P
