(I'm new, please bare with me)
So I downloaded this mission and moved it to the editor. This mission had everything I needed for training. As I played the mission. I recruited AI and went to one of the towns that had to be captured. My squad is about 500 meters from the town. I send one part of my squad to capture one of the camp the rest wait and cover them. As they reach the camp. 3 die immediately from 2 enemy AI. Then my entire squad dies in about 1 minute or so to about 5 AI units.(I had 15 AI units T.T). I was expecting something like I huge firefight. I expected some casualties though but not all of them to die in under a minute. So I look in the files of the mission to find the AI skill, I didn't find skill values. I go into the editor but there was only game-logic scripts (I don't know how to script). Is there a script I can insert or something I have overlooked to lower AI skill? I'm the only one who is going to play the mission. Thank you for reading.

as you see in the picture there's a skill box , you can adjust that in the editor for each AI.. or from the mission selection screen,you can change mission difficulty like Recruit,Regular,Veteran,Expert ( i think in arma 3 then changed words ,not sure tho i dont have arma 3 installed)

The AI skill and AI precision should not be equated. It is possible to alter the profile settings that the AI retain their skill level, but receive a lowered precision. The latter can have the effect of longer firefights, as the ability for snap head shots is reduced. Lowering the overall skill is not necessarily removing the instant head shot ability, in fact it is preferable to keep this high in order to get the AI commanders to use and maneuver their subordinates with a bit more skill.
