I can't seem to be able to use this mod in conjunction with the one it requires, the SF NATO and Russian weapon mod. I use the Steam load order since they don't show up in the expansions in ArmA 3. I once got the African conflict to work by placing it earlier than the weapon mod, but then units didn't have weapons. Putting the weapon mod first eliminates the African mod and the weapons don't show up. This is how my load order looks in steam
-mod=@sud_russians_v31;@R3F_ARMES;@NATO_Russian_SF_Weapons B0.2;@African_conflict_A3_vB0.1
All the names are the exact same as the mod folders, what am I doing wrong? R3F Armes and Sud Russians work fine.

Added 5 hours 47 minutes later:

Nevermind, fixed the issue. If the mods would be so kind as to delete this message and the previous one.

AFRICAN CONFLICT for ARMA3 v1.0

This is the updated version of my African conflict mod, that has benn update in order to get full compatibility with final A3 release and latest NATO SF\Spetsnaz weapons pack.

There are a lot of changes from previous release, and I’d say I’m quite happy about the improvements , for example now UN security forces are a BLU standalone factions wich their own retextured vehicles that includes P-30 orca (armed and unarmed), offroads(armed and unarmed), trucks, static weapons, striders and marshall APC, plus boats, quad and their own Special forces trainers, PMC PSD team and UN observer.

Also Governatives and Rebels forces got new retextured vehicles like trucks, offroads(armed and unarmed), quad and light boats, and civilians have their own trucks and offroads too.

Massi,

You are my hero...
Finally a decent OPFOR with light vehicles that you can actually shot at.
The light vehicles in ArmA3 apart from the armed off-road are a joke they are indestructible to infantry without AT and they are no match to any armored vehicle so they are more or less useless in terms of
using them in game.

Great work Massi. Finally some rebels with Para-military clothes and eastern block weapons.
If you ever will find the time it will be great to see some Arab militants like the Afghan one.

Cheers,
Shay_gman

Awesome. I'm glad to see that you're modding units to seem a little more modern (not futuristic). Keep up the good work.

Massi,

Is there a list of the new units' factions we can reference? I found the classlist easy enough, but with the new ALiVE system, factional names are important.

CREDITS !!!

For the Units:

Johannes: most part of the headgears has been taken, modified and adapted from Jonny's US Army Special Forces template by Johannes , thanks a lot for releasing them to the pubblic, without them I wouldn't have been able to add this headgear to the units !

Kiory: thank you very much for letting me use and modify your great balaclavas and berets models for the units!

For the Weapons:

Vilas: the weapons are mostly Vilas MLODS modified and ported to A3 with his permission, credits for most part of weapons models go to him thanks a lot because I wouldn't have been able to create realistic weapons for the units without your great models!

BI: for releasing the A1/A2/OA sample models , from which I have taken the rest of the weapons models ported to A3, thanks for the same reason above!

Alwarren: thanks a lot for making me able to port Vilas and A1 weapons to A3 , your constant help was essential to have the weapons working in game!

Zach Gibsons: thanks a lot for making Arma 3 weapons Tutorial, without your great tutorial I wouldn't have been able to port the weapons in game.

ToadBall: thanks a lot for making Arma 3 ready M16, that was fundamental to get the weapons in game!

Kaelies: for PSO reticles textures.

Thanks a lot to BI for their great Arma!
