Nope, cause no one ever made them. We use default face textures which are at least close to the originals.

Thanks MackOFP. By now all of the turrets should be fine. I think the T-55 commmander optics are intended to be like that. But I'm no expert for their equipment.

Wasn't planned but in the past months so many files were changed, it would be really confusing if only single PBO files would have been released.

It's the last full download, I promise. :-)

I wouldn't call it done. Something that big as CWR² is now will never be done cause there's always something to fix or improve.

But in the future, fixed files will be provided as single pbo's instead of huge packages. An exception are the Expansions, but they are mostly single pbo's anyway.

Will not happen. For that they would have to repair the broken, ancient engine. Not splendid enough to do that. :-D

Most, if not all, of the required files are available for free or can be requested from people.

So... start gathering a team and get the ball rolling. You just need:
1) Patience, a hell lot of it
2) Nerves, even more than 1)
3) Skilled people
4) Organization talent
5) Around 5, 6 or even more years of your life

By then, A4 is out (if BI survives that long), and you start all over again. :-)
