I put a database inside the Arma3 directorry:

And i run the server with the tadst tool. So how can i fix the problem?
Btw what i should do with the oth@.... folder actually i just put it in the arma directory

what os are you using for the mysql database and the game server? must be windows

It is windows....

Added 1 minute later:

everything is running on win2008 r2
i run the mysql on phpadmin.

check the following directories for logs
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\logs
C:\Users\[USERNAMEHERE]\AppData\Local\Arma2NET

UPDATE: 3.1.4.8

Notes: Altis Life RPG has moved over to extDB and no support is given for Arma2NET, this is a back-log of 4 months worth of changes so the change log below is not the full change log but what I can spot of great value.

Change log:
Changed: When a player crashes / disconnects and comes back they will still have keys to their vehicle.
Changed: Federal reserve robbery system completely overhauled.
Fixed: Keys pulled from garage would not be put in the key chain
Added: Bolt cutters which will work with housing systems and federal reserve
Added: Blasting charges which are used for the federal reserve
Added: Defuse kit for the cops to stop the charges on the reserve.
Added: Housing functionality introduced, players can now buy houses.
Added: Players can no longer look into other players backpack.
Fixed: Respawning or being revived will now reset weight properly.
Reverted: Coloring process of vehicles reverted which should fix gear in cars for JIP players.
Changed: Players name is stored in var 'realname' on the unit to prevent 'Error: No unit' from showing.
