I've been doing a bit of preplanning for a Dino Mod lately. I don't have a ton of experience in the Arma Modding scene, but i've been reading heavily on modeling, terrain gen, and scripting. Most of my mod experience comes from the CS/HL scene. I'm looking for skilled model creators, scripters familiar with how Arma works, artists, and gameplay designers.

I'm thinking that the game should have a less-than-serious kind of feel to it. After all, dinosaurs invading an island isn't exactly the most realistic backstory. The game would be based on stratis, with some modifications to help set the mood. I'm thinking there should be small "safe zones" that have ammo caches, vehicle spawns, etc, but they are surrounded by hostile territory. The dino spawning system would be fairly similar to how DayZ spawns zombies. The default mission would have random objectives (similar to how wasteland gives random objectives).
