Hi all,
Since a month, I've been playing Arma 3 again. But I encountered some problems.

After playing for something like 50 minutes or sometimes 90 minutes on multiplayer I get these problems:
- Lag, 5-15 frames per second. (in single player and at the beginning it is 60-90 fps)
- Sound crackling (unable to hear voicechat, sounds starts to crackle and be like 8-bit)

I first thought it was because of my hardware getting hot after a while, but even though i have an AMD CPU (which are known for their overheating) the highest temperatures I had was 51 degrees Celsius.

So let me describe some things I already know.
I play Arma 3 with TeamSpeak online.
My hardware is: AMD Fx 8350 (CPU), AMD R9 280x (GPU), 250GB SSD (samsung), 8GB of memory.
It only happens after playing for a while (but not too long).

The other players on the server don't have such problems, only fps drops at some times.

I've built the pc my own (maybe something went wrong, but I'm not the only one experiencing this according to other posts).

My internet connection speed: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3410805139
(gives 17 Mb/s but my pc gives 54 Mb/s in the internet properties tab)

My driver is updated to catalyst beta 14.3.

Does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem is, please?

idd start by reinstalling chipset driver, audio driver and video also directX and check your steam files. also check if all coolers are tight enough and play with an open case for a while or consider reinstalling Windows.

you can clean your C drive & let it stay in the logon screen over night to make it run the 'wipe' program for SSD's, check background programs and kill them as much as possible

You can also reconnect all your wires and as last resort all your internal wires and cards

I've reinstalled everything (except DirectX) and the issues still occur, especially the sound cracking and lag.

Just posting the problem here would be easier for us here. Also a little more efforts on what you have done to try and fix and solutions suggested in previous post. Also:
Do other games run with no problems?
Have you removed your player profile (folders) at least once?
Why didn’t you reinstall DirectX?
did you try a clean windows installation?
did you try to update your motherboard BIOS?
did you reseat your cards and cables?
did you reconnect your CPU cooler with more thermal paste?
