Hello. I am new to the ArmA series and I just joined the forums today. I had just downloaded the CBA addon and the SLX addon and I couldn't figure out how to get the weapons the mod adds. Is there a scripting command or way to get access to the weapons. Thanks. ;-)

First off, the topic title needs more detail than "Question". Second, if you have the mods installed correctly, (in your A3 directory and listed in steam as -mod=@modnamehere) then ALSO make sure you have gone under Configure -> Expansions (In the A3 main menu) and have activated said mods.

I am talking about A2 not A3, but anyway where would I activate the mods on the Arma 2 menu?

Oh my bad. Dont think A2 has the main menu mod activation, you have to do with either a command line like with steam/shortcut, or use Six Updater (http://www.six-updater.net/p/download.html), which does everything for you. Principle is the same though:

For Steam: Go to steam library, right click A2 or A2:OA (Whichever the mod is dependent on,(OA if you use Combined Operations)) go to properties, and click on Set Launch Options. Simply type in:

-mod=@modnamehere;@othermodnamehere;

Without Steam (Shortcut): Right click shortcut, go to properties, and use the same command line:

-mod=@modnamehere;@othermodnamehere;

CBA & SLX don't add any weapons, Not sure if you are aware. In regards to a way to get the Loadout you want; I'd recommend using LEA.

In Arma 2 in menu you enable mods in Expansions. Not so hard to find ;)
