I'm having the same/similar issue as well on start up. I have a full 1.9 patched version - including the Queens Gambit Expansion pack. The error reads:

No Entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgMagazines/30_Rnd_9x19_MP5SD.NameSound'.

Obviously, it has something to do with the HK MP5 addon - which came with 2 variants and their own carrycases...but, why are the magazines and/or sounds missing???

Sorry, been a busy time at work lately - and with the ANZAC Day commemorations as well over the weekend...

I just tried the addon myself and I get the same error.
I guess general_ns did make an error in the config of the "sd" one cause they are both equally loud.

You could try to fix it yourself for your personal use if you know how to do it 9I don't ;) )
