A series I've been working on for some time now. I've put together two teaser trailers to gather some feed back.

Very nice movies indeed and they are exactly the atmosphere I like in a movie beginning.

Only one small thing I thought was kind of "annoying" (wrong word sorry but I dont know a better one :blush).
You kind of move the camera left and right to "simulate" camera movement 9I think) but IMHO its a bit much and a bit to of the same.
If you want to use it more often, which could be nice in a stressy envirenment which a battle zone is, you could try to make it some more different everytime. Not left abit back to the right, left and than right again each time ;)

Just my thoughts about it :)
Other than that they are pretty nice teasers and make me looking forward to the final release :D

Right. Most of it is footage I've yet to cut properly via Vegas, thus, as you pointed out, the L-R movement can be a bit overwhelming at times from a visual standpoint. Now, in my defense :D, after having served in Iraq numerious times and filmed quite a few of my own engagements, it's human nature if you will, actually a synaptic response to move the camera back and forth. It has something to do with learned physical responses... or some such nonsense. Either way, the 40% I have completed doesn't include a alot of shakey camera movement.

Alright Fox and others.

A possible intro for TD, the footage is very rough, most of it not fully edited. I'd like to know if anyone thinks something is missing, wrong, or a bit off. Is the commentary a bit much etc etc.

Any opinions?

Oeps, I am sorry. Completely missed your new post.

I love it, very nice teaser indeed even though its still a rough version as you say (while I think it is pretty good already).
I definatly like the commentary, it fits what you are showing :)

Anyone got a working download link for the following arma vid? Thanks.

Foxhound : A truly amazing an very impressive movie.
I downloaded it and this movie is really great. One of the best I have seen IMHO. I really advice all of you to watch this one, its 19 minutes but it so worth it :yes

I am going to try something new tonight when I get home, hopefully we will than be able to add .avi movies to our streaming section as well :)
For now you can view it streaming and find a download link below.

Name: Red Dawn
Author: trini scourge
Format: avi
Size: 542Mb

[quote]Red Dawn explores a future in utter ruin and chaos. In Russia, after seizing power in a successful coup d'etat, former Soviet General Vasiliy Kashlikov, begins the systematic take over of the independent states of the eastern block.

Meanwhile, in a series of events that shock the world, Pakistan, Iran and Egypt declare war on an unknown western target. Their coalition is dubbed "The Real Axis of Evil".
Nuclear Conflict is inevitable, with the fate of the world in the balance, can the western powers
dismantle the Axis' nuclear capabilities and prevent an apocalyptic outcome?

Yes, we have it in one of our ftps as .asf format.

I'll talk to Fox, when we do it I'll post here what we are going to do.

Not sure if we will make a public link or just send you a pm with the link, but for sure you will be able to get it.

ASmuch as I love that vid, Trini needed a military advisor for the entire completion. Bar none...
