Some if not most addons don't include thier class names in any read me or in any topics. How do I find out what class names are in an addon without asking for each class name?

Yea I cracked them open and I don't see what I am looking for... Would the *.bin file have that information?

:edit:

I looked in a file called config.cpp in notepad and what ya know :-)

as an example from BigMikes Guns

weapons[]={"XCR","XCRCMAG","XCRSD","M16SS1","M16SS2","M16SS3","M16SS4","AK74R1","AK74R2","G36KB","G36Kiron","G36AIM","G36AIMSD","
MP5A4AIM","AK7ACOG","M24ACOG","M4A1ACOG","M4A1ACOGSD","Mp5acog","cannon","XGP2007","M107BMGIron","M107BMGacog","M240acog","M249acog",
"M249para","AK7SUACOG","AK7SUBackup","ak74gp301","ak74gp302"};

I tghink these are what I am looking for, except now I odn't know how to match the correct ammo to each gun.

Or try this which I found searching for "classname" in the editing forum section :

Myke : No, but here a "how to" to find weapons classnames in editor preview:

Create a trigger, make it "RADIO ALPHA" and repeatable (size and dir are of no matter). In the On activation line, write the following:

hint format ["%1", weapons player]
Now go in preview and activate radio alpha (0-0-1). This will show you the weapons you have. When the trigger is repeatedly, you may change your weapons (don't forget to put an ammobox) and re-use radio command.

If you need to know classnames of weapons magazines, just replace "weapons" with "magazines" in the above code.
