Hello, so I'm new to modding and I understand some of the things slightly. I'm thinking of making separate packs for Helemts, Vests, Uniforms etc.

I was wondering if that is a good idea or if I should just group them all in the same mod?
I was also interested in if I could refer to the different packs, if the user has all the packs installed and if I go along with the separate pack idea.
Another question is about the second pack I'm working on which is the vests, I've looked at the .paa files and I'm just curious if helmets are within the same .paa or no?

And finally my last problem is about some code I am going to list below:

So the code above is basically my Vests pack and I have a uniform pack which is working and I've removed the vests section of the code and images etc. from the uniforms, and everything still works with the uniform pack. Although when it comes to the Vests addon, it shows that it's loaded within the main menu in the bottom left but when I go in game and look for the vests they don't show up, I've double checked the directories and file names and everything in that regard is fine.

So my question is basically what am I doing wrong? I literally have no idea and I only started modding a few days ago.
