I want to build a mission, where you played a HALO jump with a group. Further, a boat should be dropped with.

My plane is a C-17 named plane1.
Four soldiers (a1 - a4).
A hide bunker namend B1.

My script:

This works fine. All soldiers are on the plane.
If the soldier has jumped, he enabled a trigger:

detach plane1;

Here the plane flies on.

My problem is, how do I get the boat in the plane and how can I throw it on the parachute?
Further, how can I run the soldiers on the ramp and also jump?
Is there the possibility of a jump master at the rear of the aircraft, which plays a characteristic move?
And how can I create a red interior lighting that will switch to green?
