I don't have any experience with AMD processors on Arma 3 so I can't really say for sure. I can say don't expect 60 frames on multiplayer though. If you don't get a definite yes or no from someone then here is my advice: Black Friday sales are starting soon on Steam, you could buy Arma 3 real cheap then, play it for an hour to test your system, and if it doesn't run then you can return it, as long as you haven't played it more than 2 hours.

Google is your friend:

arma 3 on AMD processor

It will return many reviews from steam members about their experiences and what you can do to optimize your system.

If you are going to upgrade your processor which includes a MB upgrade, most people suggest to switch to intel.

Hope this helps....

Best to ask here on BIS forums a thread dedicated to buying/building the right computer for arma3, and what specs, parts ect,. to get, theres a few guys there that can tell you exactly what Arma3 requires, and tell you if what your intending to buy or build will work or be a waste of time and money.
