BTW for those of you wanting to try out the mod in it's beta state. IF you're running ArmA version 1.14 and have downloaded the mod. You can play a version of "ww2 warfare" running on our server. Just use the ArmA's gamespy to sort by host and look for: -=31stWC.com:WW2 MOD

rip31st : Dutchman, no offense bud, but I got like ton of people on my messenger that all talk about arma all day long. A lot of them are the mod makers you see here in the forums. I really try to stay away from nit picky stuff and personal requests just because of time issues. IF I see something that is reasonable, no problem...BUT - Like the man said. We not only have this area to do, but we've also gotta tackle Ardennes and the Pacific theater. IT takes a lot of time and effort and I appreciate the feedback, but I like it here rather then on a messenger every 30 seconds.

Thanks!

yeagh i understand! no problem

Yup all the bunkers, wire, tank traps, obstacles are all placed on the beaches according to WWII photography and maps. :D

Mate, its really nice that you have put so much time and effort into a project like this.

Once again it looks great.

Is their any plans for Australian Units, they look very similar to Uk but wear Slouch hats instead?

I think the Idea of adding Canadian units is being played with as the equipment was almost completely the same as the British.
as we're not going for 100% accuracy i think we can get away with that :P

I'm pretty sure i'm right in thinking that the Australians used some british weapons but also a number of there own,
IE the Owen SMG,Austen SMG (based on the Sten) and the Machine Carbine Experimental Model 1 SMG.

And Reasonably sure that the Australians saw action in Italy,Greece,Lebanon,Syria,Africa And the Pacific.
though i don't think they saw active duty in France.

there might be a chance of them showing up in the pacific theater.
but in Normandy (current phase) and Belgium Ardennes/Battle of the Bulge (next phase)
i don't think they will show up.

it's all down to the man Rip for the final call :)

The mod could use some Dyamic German,American,English, and French voices(Like in XAM) and you could add some features from the ACE Mod.

How are the Flamethrowers going?
