Bug report(at least I think it's a bug):

Everywhere except for the road has the "road traction". So you go faster in vehicles while off-road, and go slower while on the roads.

Either a bug or lack of feature: You can't climb ladders of wood towers. Or is that what you mean by "not correct"?

It's not really a bug, but the Bridge of Sadness doesn't have a shadow.


And is the only way to play it is to load it through the Editor? Or is there another way?

Ok I have developed a list of cons and pros about this map. I explored most of the map with a UAZ.

Pros:
1.Fairly Large
2.beautiful Views
3.Well Put together
4. Great Atomsphere

Cons:
1.Very Little Infastructure(Civilian Structures and things like that)
2.Poor Road Conditions(Makes it hard to get around)
3.Not really good for anything else besides roleplay(I'm not saying it can't be used for anythng else, I bet some skilled Mission players could do something with it)
4.Music plays at some parts of the island(This isn't necessarly a bad thing)

The map is one of the most decent maps I have seen in a while. It also has that World of Warcraft feeling to it.

Wow brilliant map.

A few things I found.

A certain very small light brown foliage slows vehicles down when driving over them
Those dead trees and Walls are to easily knocked over.

Allot of jagged terrain, on roads and such, maybe smoothen.

Otherwise very detailed and enjoyable map to play on.

On island you can find a couple of Easter eggs :D

Yea :) Of course, if anyone will make mission, it will be possible to use them.
After release ArmA-2, island will be ported, and we will make the campaign

I came across a bug at the wetlands, sometimes if you walk into the deeper pools of water, you start swimming (surprise surprise) but when you try to swim to the shallower areas to get out of the pool, the player simply swims through the edge of pool, so he's pretty much swimming along the ground, if that makes sense.
Also, some of the bottoms of trees placed on steep slopes aren't fully underground, so they seem to be held into the ground by about an inch of their trunks.

Other than that, it's an awesome island, great atmosphere ;)

The swimming thing is a problem with the game. It happens in even the official maps. I'm guessing you mean that the player's body up to his chest goes through the ground, correct?

yeh, but I've never noticed that in vanilla arma before.

Could you post a screenshot, then? It happens all of the time when I'm just swimming around in Armory mode, and is especially noticeable in third person view.

AWESOME island..but for some reason it started to make my arma 2 and my friends crash over and over and over, (using with CAA1) i would get to the editor and then *poof* crash to desktop. and after i removed the addon things are working fine. anyone else having this issue?

Hey there. Great map you made here. The atmosphere is awesome, just the way I like it!
I have a question for you: What songs where you using in this map? I found that one song played in the northwest part of the map where it is a flat snowy area(northwest of the prison). I would appreciate if you could tell me the name of that song. Thanks ahead.
