Ever really wanted an addon that has never been made before? Don't have time to make one or not sure how to make one? You can post your requests here, then maybe one day you may well see something you requested actually in-game or at least get some decent feedback.
Requests should be informative, tidy, include reference material for research and development purposes, see below for an example.
================= Example =================
I am requesting a C-130 Hercules
I would like to see this in ArmA because it would be great for online coop missions for transporting troops and equipment to one location, air refueling or even blowing the crap out of the enemy with a gunship version as well. It would be great if someone could get this in-game as accurate as possible fully functional.
Information:
The Lockheed C-130 Hercules is an American four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft built by Lockheed. It is the main tactical airlifter for many military forces worldwide. Over 40 models and variants of the Hercules serve with more than 50 nations. In December 2006 the C-130 became the fifth aircraftafter the English Electric Canberra, B-52 Stratofortress, Tupolev Tu-95, and KC-135 Stratotankerto mark 50 years of continuous use with its original primary customer, in this case the United States Air Force. The C-130 remains in production as the updated C-130J Super Hercules.

Information:
Write something about the addon you're requesting here.

You can use the template above if you want, or just make a well structured post. It is not mandatory that you must include images and videos, but it can be useful for an addon maker and just to make your post look more pretty. Try to limit the amount of images and videos you use to reduce loading times of the page and keep your posts tidy. If you have lots of images and videos you can paste the links to them. The more information the better, but you also need to keep your posts neat!
Remember a good request includes:
* A basic explanation of what you are requesting and why you want it.
* Some information about the request in general, no need for a life story.
* Useful content, pictures and videos may well be good for eye candy and a nice post, but, are they useful for a addon maker?
* Consider what an addon maker may use - Blueprints, Sounds, Functions, Statistics.
* Make sure that your post is informative, well structured. You are not required to fit all the data in one post - use links.
Before you make a request, search to see if the addon/mod you're looking for hasn't already been released or being worked on.
Now you know how to make requests from now on, you can make new requests or resubmit your old ones, but with more information. Feedback should also meet a certain standard. Go ahead! :)

After Iraq's invasion of Kuwait, U.S. President George H. W. Bush started to deploy U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard units to Saudi Arabia as a part of Operation Desert Shield, while urging other countries to send their own forces to the scene. UN coalition-building efforts were so successful that by the time the fighting (Operation Desert Storm) began on 16 January 1991, twelve countries had sent naval forces, joining the regional states of Saudi Arabia and the Persian Gulf states, as well as the huge array of the U.S. Navy, which deployed six carrier battle groups. Eight countries had sent ground forces, joining the regional troops of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as the seventeen heavy and six light brigades of the U.S. Army and nine Marine regiments, with their large support and service forces. Four countries had sent combat aircraft, joining the local air forces of Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, as well as the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Marine aviation, for a grand total of 2,430 fixed-wing aircraft.

I would like to see this in ArmA 2 because it would fill out the USMC air power to its full future form. The CH-53K is the product improved version of the USMC's heavy lift helicopter and with the addition of a third engine will remain the largest western helicopter in service.
The CH-53K Heavy Lift Replacement (HLR), previously known as the CH-53X Super Stallion, is the planned follow on to the Marine Corps CH-53E Heavy Lift Helicopter. The CH-53K will maintain virtually the same footprint as the CH-53E, but will nearly double the payload to 27,000 pounds over 110 nautical miles under “high/hot” ambient conditions. The CH-53K’s maximum gross weight will increase to 84,700 pounds versus 73,000 pounds for the CH-53E. One of the more appealing capabilities of the CH-53K will be its performance in mountainous areas in hot day conditions. The CH-53K is being designed to deliver 27,000 pounds out to a distance of 110 nautical miles, to an altitude of 3,000 feet at an ambient temperature of 91.5 degrees F. Additionally, the CH-53K will be capable of carrying a normal load of 32 combat loaded troops, with a maximum capacity of 48 troops.
Being a vet Marine I have flown in the CH-53E and would love to see this fill out the rest of the USMC air wing. It is basically the USMC equivalent of the US Army's Chinook, but a huge single rotor instead of a double rotor configuration. This is a valuable aircraft to the Marines and a valuable asset to the military and is used on relief missions and many other roles. The videos show the rear ramp coming down and the under sling tow capacity of the airframe and this could also be included in this mod. Please contact me if you wish to attempt this as I can hopefully add insight.
Thanks!

I do not really have much information about the car, but the Ford Mondeo is used by many countrys like Denmark, Finland and UK, it was rated for one of the best Police cars in Denmark, it's handling is very good, good speed and performance.
I requesting for this car becouse its more modern and i think it fit perfectly to this game. It would be great if someone could get this in-game as accurate as possible and fully functional.
I'm new to the site as you can see this is my first post. I'm not new to the games though, I have been playing OFP1 since it came out and have had many hours of fun.
Anyway I was just wondering if either of these two weapons may catch the eye of some willing modeller. Both weapons are mainly for close-medium range, I'm sorry if they have been suggested already I did try have a look for them.
I see both of these weapons coming in handy for sieges on small built up area's, where close range and fire power counts, They would start to become less effective the further the target is away.
Thanks for reading.

I would like to see this in ArmA because it would be a valuable transportation asset to include with the LHD in a variety of USMC amphibious operations and missions.
Information:
The Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) is a class of air-cushion vehicle (hovercraft} used as landing craft by the United States Navy and the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF). They transport weapons systems, equipment, cargo and personnel of the assault elements of the Marine Air/Ground Task Force both from ship to shore and across the beach.
I am requesting four units be added: Avro Arrow, Magella Attack tank, Gouf Custom, and Zaku 2
I would like to see these four vehicles within ArmA because of their lack of appearances in PC Combat games. I would think the Canadians would be proud to fly their beloved Avro Arrow in co-op scenarios, or in general, to fly along side either the Americans or Soviet military within ArmA 2. Since ArmA 2 has planes it would make a nice add-on vehicle as well, Flight Simulator X can only entertain you for so long.
As for the Magella, Gouf Custom, and Zaku 2 I think they would make a nice addition within ArmA 2 for co-op games, Gundam scenarios, or just silly fun. I have the Magella Attack Tank and Gouf Custom already modeled thus making it easier to be added into the game. I think allowing the 1 tank and two mechs to be added into ArmA 2 would provide more epic mayhem to ensue.

No real need for a 53K, considering they aren't going to be in service for the next five years. I wouldn't mind seeing the Echo's, the Kilo's are just Echo's on steroids.
46's would be a GREAT addition also, even though they are being replaced by the 22's. They just sent the last 46 Squadron on the East Coast to the West Coast. 85% of the aircraft on our flightline right now are 22's.
"Out of every 100 men, 10 should not even be here, 80 are nothing but targets, 9 are real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the battle." "Ah, but the one, one of them is a warrior, and he will bring the others back."

Well as far as I know the JSF isn't in service either and I was thinking ahead. Like you said though, not much difference between the Echo and Kilo.
I figured since this game seems to be set in the 'near future' in a fictional setting that the replacement of the 46s by the Osprey had occurred, the JSF was in operation with squadrons and that the 53K had replaced the 53Es.
CH-46 would be neat for a lot of other time settings though, I sure wouldn't mind seeing Cold War era hypothetical wars with it involved.
I just hope everyone doesn't automatically start replacing the USMC with US Army mods as soon as it comes out here in North America.
The Ilyushin Il-76 (NATO reporting name: Candid) is a 4-engined strategic airlifter designed in the Soviet Union and in widespread use in Europe, Asia and Africa. Originally built for the military, the plane has subsequently seen extensive service as a commercial freighter, especially for the delivery of outsized or very heavy cargo. A water-carrying version of the plane has proven effective in fire-fighting operations in many countries. The Il-76 reportedly carries some 90% of ramp-delivered European airfreight and 90% of disaster relief aid worldwide. It is the most widely used dedicated jet freighter in the 40+ t. category.
Crew: 57
Maximum speed: 900 km/h (490 kt, 560 mph, or Mach 0.82-1.17 groundspeed depending on altitude)
Guns: 2 23 mm cannon in radar-directed manned turret at base of tail
There are several design variants, including the basic IL-76, IL-76M, IL-76MD and the IL-76-MF. In terms of design, aerodynamic configuration and flight performance characteristics, the IL-76M version virtually resembles the IL-76 basic aircraft, but has a maximum payload of 47t, compared to 28t for the IL-76.
I don't have any example photos to show or anything, but I would really like to see Army units represented in ArmA II. Where Arma lended itself much more to Marine-style combat (two islands) it would make much more sense that Arma II, with it's more land-based geography, be an Army operation. It would be nice to see the vehicles from Arma, like the Stryker, Blackhawk, Littlebird, and others to be ported into a pack for Arma II. It just makes much more sense to see these units, rather than Marines. Oh yeah, and if there's some way to get rid of the do-rags and Rambo bandanas, lol :)

From the map on the site the Chenarus map is surrounded on two sides by water so it wouldn't be out of bounds to use Marines. The Marines actually drove AAVs all the way to Baghdad and were some of the first in Afghanistan so it makes sense to me. 'First to fight' is a Marine saying.
I am perfectly fine with getting rid of the non spec doo rags though. It seems they are only on the 'characters' though and not normal troops.
i am requesting because i saw Ferder missions and i love it..it would be awesome iff it haved some mods based on the series Information:
the only thing i need its addons based on the series the only info i can gett about the series its this
