Loki : do like the rest of us and unpack the XEH and change the version number to 1.0 and repack it.:)

Offcourse, I know that, but we cant host a version like that.
I will add the "how to" to the news and link to the arma version.

but good news.. XEH and a new community core will be out soon.. i hear.

That is good news, I read something about this in a post by Sickboy on the BI forums. Looking forward to it :)

I am getting an error with XEH that CAWeapons3 is missing? I edited the config.bin and the config.cpp to 1.0000000?? I guess I did it wrong?

Update: For any others trying this I deleted the CAWeapons3 from required AddOns and at least i don't get the error, it seems to work not sure what may not funtion but it works which is great!

i also removed that from mine it seems.. totally forgot about it. thx for updating the thread.

all works.. i only 'have' to use XEH, because i need the addaction fired up at the start of every session.

piss poor way of doing it me thinks though... going to have to look at it a lil more.

Hi loki thanks for the cool tool you can have a lot of fun with it. Theres two problems im having. first it does not fit on my screen it stretches over too far so i can only see 3/4 of it. plus i can not see my map its just a blank screen. any help greatly apreciated thanks.

ahh.. the 1st real issue with A2... and the lost key.

because GUI interfaces are now scalable.. they haven't added the commands to auto resize dialogs. (that i know of)
you are using large i guess.. and since i designed the dialog to fit the normal interface at almost full screen, i guess it would spill over.

the real pain is that i use very small interface settings.. (icons are WAY too big in normal interface settings ( imho))..
using the very small interface makes the dialog nice and compact...

but 2 things..

1. you can change your GUI interface setting to normal or smaller... or
2. the dialog is movable.. just lft-mouse click and drag the background around the screen.

as per the map being blank... hmmm.. can you take a screen shot post a link to it here.. i have a few people testing this before releases are made.. but that is one i have not heard of yet.

Hi loki , thanks for the reply its ok now that i know i can drag it. as for the map, for some reason i just tryed it to make a screenshot and it worked fine. last night when i had problems my screen looked as if it were teared down the side so i must of had a bug or something along them lines, so thanks for the reply and its a great tool i love the ghost mode so funny !


Update: ive found out what causes the map to goto a black screen, when i open the lost key dialog and press morsa gear and pick a different weapon then click take and close on the lost key dialog , then press m for map theres just a black screen , it still gives me the options dialog like , map , tasks etc but its just black ?

Also when i goto morsa gear it gives me this error : no entry 'bin\config.bin/rscMorsAgDialog/controls/available_slots.ScrollBar'.

glad you got it working... and most of all thanks for typing out the full error. a bug report is already running at dev-heaven. this bug has been added.


edit:
@{G&L}ACF{SCOTDG}

1. unPBO the extended_eventhandlers.pbo to your desktop
2. open the config.cpp
3. delete "weapons3" from line 14 to look like this:
requiredAddons[] = {"CACharacters","CAWeapons","CAAir"};

4. change the version required number in line 24 to read:
requiredVersion = 1.00;

5. re-pbo into your addons directory..

good to go

Lost Key v1.2

fixed all major bugs except morsa gear dialog.. writing a new weapon system for 1.3 anyway.

add some fun stuff like lsd.. the ability to set your halo jump height to any number..

and most of all:

ADDED Clayman's kick ass animation viewer. **note - female is not fully functioning yet.. but the male is.



** NOTE ** be sure to delete the old loki_lk.pbo as this version and all future ones, theaddon will be in its own mod folder with any required addons.
