Hi, is there a way to put the error messages from script back on Arma 2, please? I have problem with the syntax of the script system and put error every 2 lines :(
For now, the only way i found is to put a hint command after each new line i write, but it s very too much time consuming.

I am not really sure what you mean. I hope I do understand you correct you mean cant see all error messages or something being caused by the script?
What if you put in some delays after each line of code so you have time to rerad the error messages?

Yes, you did understand, i dont see any error message. In Arma 1 there was a basic system when an error occured. I dont have it in Arma 2. That strange because one day i joined a friend and i got a bug and a error draw in hint zone.

Hmm, thats weird. I have seen screenshots of scripting errors in Arma2 missions so why you do not have it I really dont know.
Have you checked the BI forums already if someone had a similair issue?

See the file Arma2.rpt, all scripted errors are in (by the same, all other error) ;)

If you've got WinVista
X:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\ArmA 2

I advise you to take NotePad++ (best dev prog :D), to open both files (rpt & sqf). When the RPT changes, NP++ ask you to refresh it :) Also, clean the file before working on a mission to make it easy to read ;)

Nota : ArmA 2 will not display script's errors in game, it'll writte them in arma2.rpt

Enjoy.
