Hi,

I have a stoopidish question if anyone can answer:
During the campaign You call in chopper transportaion from the support menu and a beautifully modeled UH-1 drops to your location.
Question how the hell do you direct the pilot to your desired destination from the map screen? To me it seems abit ropey and only seems to work when my current task has a waypoint location, but not all of them do.
Is there any way to direct the chopper to an exact drop off point on the map?

Thanks in advance :)

When the chopper is at your location you can select it in the communications channel again. It shows (active) behind the radio channel.
Select it, go to your map and click the location where you want to go. (make sure all your team is in the chopper).

Always mark the location of where you leave a vehicle or whatever material on your map ;)

Very true, ill keep that in mind.
I also noticed how unrealisicly fast fuel get depleted in land vehicles?
travel half way across the map and back and your full tank of petrol is now empty!
meh good thing refueling is virtual-cost free in the Arma2 world. :)

I dont think any wheeled vehicle can do a lap of the the whole map with out refueling - its big, but it aint that big.
