is there any script that I can make the enemy AI not fire until we take over a building or something like that in an ambush

what about a script to only fire if a triger goes off

Why use a script?

Create 2 waypoints for the enemy ai team or teams,Set the first waypoint properties to hold fire and sync the first waypoint with a blufor/opfor/independent=present trigger (Only pick one if course, the side your team is on, also make sure to set a radius around the trigger)
On the second waypoint set the properties to open fire and position the waypoint over the house/building whatever.

Its very rough but should do the trick, theres better methods out there I presume.
