I am really excited for this! I love the idea of scripting on patches and vehicle art.

Nice and concise handbook! This should help clear the confusion up before it starts like with other mods. I've had my eyes on this mod for awhile and am hoping to host it when it's released.

Well... we were hoping to release the MOD "about" 1 week (5-9 days) after releasing the handbook... The idea is to get anyone interested in the MOD reading the book so they know what will be included and possibly how to use everything.

Currently, all MOD files have been compiled and are being distributed internally for final testing. Checking for errors or conflicts... We are also testing to make sure the missions that will be included do not conflict or throw errors during this final testing phase. With that said, not much longer... I would be surprised if it wasnt within the next 5-7 days... We are not expecting any major issues...

Yes, we do have plans for fixed wing aircraft in future releases. We need something to fly over the battlefield along with something to drop napalm.

Great! So it works... Well, so many great MODs get released and are never really brought together... files, a few missions... we want this to be the catch all for our MOD. We plan to add to it in the future so this is really just the start... As you can see, its already 129pgs...

Well, that is the funny part... we started off with something small for the initial release... 40-50mb maybe... Last time I checked, I believe the MOD download will be in the neighborhood of 800mb or so to start. With the islands we have in the works, that will probably climb to 1.5gb easily... so we went a little overboard and added a ton of content like you said. Which is why this is taking so long to release. There is still a TON of content to include, but with the A2 file structure, the size of the MOD grows quickly... But we believe that is a testament to the quality of the MOD. There is A LOT of stuff to review, check, double-check... There maybe errors encountered, but we are hoping to minimize that in order to increase the playability of the MOD for the public.

Only time will well on how poorly/well received the MOD is in the community. We're enjoying it that is for sure...

Hang in there folks... We are still in the final stages of testing prior to MOD release. Trying to be proactive about this... But we are not far off... hang in there...

i know you have had this about many times, but do you have a estimated estimate on when you think it will be released as im on this site 24/7 checking :D i no i may seem sad but there hasnt really been any decent arma 2 mods released and this is by far the best one
