Gota say that this Island looks great! Havent downloaded it yet, im waiting for the Afrene units to come out before I will download. I love the thing that you are relesing Units to the map and that you have painted up a whole history behind the map, I love alot of the current islands but they loos some of there charm as they dont have there own troops so you just have to use the same old USMC units vs the russians witch on some maps works fine but others not so good...

Anyway il stop rambling on about my opinions :D and ask what I whanted to ask :P

Is there gona be any African civilians to be made with this mod(civilians cold in that case easily be turned in to millitias/rebbels/independants/guerilla with just giving them a weapon)?

Looking Good so far Keep upp the good work!

i agree..cause belive it or not in the large city(maby if it was a tad bit bigger) you could make good blackhawk down type missions! how ever making african civilians is easy..hell i could even do that kind of well(well maby when i get back into o2 and photoshop, as iv been away for awhile:D)

sure but first..and man i didnt want to give out this info yet, but my snow mod, firetrucks(both mtvr brush truck..that we use in rl and i have pics, and a old russian firetruck with old fireman lol..plus old russian po po car!) so ill be a tad bit on them, but ill try to get them out around the time the other army is released(meaning your guys african civys)!

@icebreakr sorry mate didnt mean to kinda take you thread..was just mentioning that stuff so you guys know that it may take my a week or two maby more to get these civys! feel free to make your own im just doing this to help you out mate as i can see your busy..cause of this beautiful island..so we will all let you slide this time..lol:D

im accually thinking about that! for 2 reasons...one the "arma2" civy's suck..in the fact, any normal person with a brain would not in their right mind wear all that heavy(eastern style)cold weather cloths! and second cause the arma1 models are already opened(in mlod format)! and just happen to fit the style needed! and then all i have to do is make then all african americans(with black skin of course)! but at the same time theres no "female" arma1 models(well theirs one but it wont be correct)!

so any ideas of how i should aproch this?

That sounds awsome! :)

About the femail skins, in many countrys in africa the women wear alot of clothes (becoous of religion and other reesons) so I think the womens from arma 2 wold be pretty good anway, and dont think womens are that important anyway sins you cant use them for anything unless background units :(

I actualy downloaded it even tho I said that I woldent until afrenes units was downloadable :P
map looks great! Did some zombie missions on it with Charons new zombie mod and the streets are pretty scarry at night :P

9/10 just becous there is always room for improvements :P

But 10/10 for soldier2390s idea about porting the Civys from arma :P

hey man i start asap! thanks for the support and suggestions! glad i can help others! about porting i may need help with the config and model.cfg but i should have all textures(including specialy designed t-shirts..relating to africa and not sahrani lol)! sorry if i cant as much help, but im willing to contribute anyway possible!

:( Thanks to advice .. but when I set to SAFE .. he [AI] drive to bridge torn around adn drive bac :@ :( I'dlike to create a mission .. but whit this bug i can't finsish :(
but not in every bridge ... only bridge between ursana and kirrabo

P.S but i like island very much :)

ViperMM if it is a bug with the island it can not be solved until Ice fixes it. Try posting in the BI forums and report it to his bug tracker.
