I tried out a few variations of the above suggestions.
Here's how you should config your triggers:

1. The area trigger
- opfor/once/present
- Condition: this
- Activation: shilkacars=thislist

2. The actiontrigger
- axis 0/0
- none/once/present
- Condition: "ZSU" counttype shilkacars == 0
- activation: deleteMarker "markername"

Apart from the config, you should follow all the other instructions.

- opfor/repeatedly/present <--- repeatedly
- Condition: this
- Activation: shilkacars=thislist

2. The actiontrigger
- axis 0/0
- none/repeatedly/present <--- repeatedly
- Condition: "ZSU" counttype shilkacars == 0
- activation: deleteMarker "markername" <--- Mind the quotation marks

Setting it up like this works like a charm for me. If it doesn't work for you, I'm at a loss!

Well it works. But only in a blank mission, not with my current mission.

The last 2 examples both work, but only in a blank mission.

change DeadEye's example .
Put AnyBody instead of None.and Present
and the radius of trigger should cover all the shilka's you want to check.
That will work,if it don't ,then something is wrong with your mission.
