I also can't get in from the outside. But you can control it if you set the jetpack as the player. Fun addon. Model is not the best ;) but it's a lot of fun to try and control. :) Thanks for this! Needs radar, countermeasures; or maybe just speed and altitude. Loop-de-loops are fun!
The only way I can access this is in the editor as a playable object under control of the player. It doesn't give me a "Get In" option when spawned as empty. Once you get out of it and walk away, you cannot get back in.
The lack of an entry option applies even with Loki's Lost Key developer tool in the armory or any other format. An open/close option briefly appears if you crawl up from behind, but offers no solutions.
When I did fly it, it was loads of fun. Just a little more tweaking and, perhaps, some downsizing would make it perfect. Unless, of course, this is all unique to me.
Takko released an updated version of his Jetpack on the BI Forums
In this version he made it a pbo so anyone is able to use it and also he fixed some minor bugs.

Wouldn't it have been a bit more convenient to upload it as a PBO? This is seperate files: you'll need BIS tools to make it work.
