Rigby's Dynamic Attack & Defend


Dynamically created attack & defend scenario where two opposing players fight for control of their zones.

This can only be played as a 1v1 at this time. I hope to add extra player slots and AI opponents in the future. There are also a number of known bugs in this implementation. I will get around to fixing them, however I thought I might publish the mission in the meantime to gauge the community's reaction.

Rules & Features:
- An attacker is randomly chosen for the first round. The roles are reversed for subsequent rounds.

- At the start of each round, attack and defend squads are automatically created. The attacker gets three squads, the defender gets two.

- Recruit Menu: Players can use this menu to recruit additional units. These can be single squad members, entire squads (controlled with high command), and empty vehicles. Single units and empty vehicles are free. Entire squads cost 1 recruit point each.

- Build Menu: Only the defender has this menu. They can use this menu to build defensive structures at varying prices.

- Artillery and air supports are available to both players at any time. However, the artillery is limited to 3 uses and the air support has a 15-minute cooldown.

- A round is over when one side has less than three remaining units.

Extract the .pbo file(s) to your Steam/SteamApps/common/ArmA 3/MPMissions folder.

Known Issues:
- Client does not get build menu after their attack phase (if this is the case, respawn).
- Zones are not always found - (if this is the case, restart the mission).
