Tanoa Tidesystem

by
Schrottpage

Description:
This small mod adds a realistic Tidesystem on Tanoa. The sea level is changing based on the time.
It was originally scheduled for my own arma map but now I optimized it for Tanoa. I hope you enjoy it.

Installation:
To install the Tanoa Tidesystem you should use modfolders to keep it seperate from the official game content to prevent issues.
With Arma 3 you can use different ways to set up your modfolders to use custom content you have downloaded.
Please visit the Arma 3 Mod install instructions page for more information about using custom mods and addons in Arma 3.

Included files:
tanoa_tidesystem.pbo

Usage:
for changing the max Tidelevel go into:
@Tanoa_Tidesystem\addons\tanoa_tidesystem\config
and look for MaxTide like:
class CfgWorlds
{
	class CAWorld;
	class Tanoa : CAWorld
	{
		class Sea
		{
			MaxTide = -6.5; //Here you can change the max tide

level
		};
	};
};

for example:
MaxTide = 100 map is underwater
MaxTide = -6.5 adds a realistic tide
MaxTide = -100 map is waterless
(no water tides are little buggy but makes fun to explor)
