Description:
Actual features
ReconMod is aimed to enchance the feeling of a recon squad. Therefore you should be able to build up a recon camp just before the objective you are about to observe for enemy movement. The build up camp acts as a mobile respawn position so you can join your recon comrades as fast as possible without the decrease of immersion like in-squad spawns would
cause.

The WIP core feature: extending ALiVE
The core feature of ReconMod is to couple with ALiVE Mod. Your recon missions should contribute to the OPCOMs decisions. When discovering enemy positions and their strength you should be able to inform your sides OPCOM and therefore Quick Reaction Forces, Reinforcements and such should react and have a combat strength appropiate enough to match your reported intel about the enemy.

This core feature should add a new way of players taking part of the evolving campaigns provided by ALiVE and their OPCOM/TACOM AI besides accomplishing already available tasks types.

Installation:
To install ReconMod you should use modfolders to keep it seperate from the official game content to prevent issues.
With Arma 3 you can use different ways to set up your modfolders to use custom content you have downloaded.
Please visit the Arma 3 Mod install instructions page for more information about using custom mods and addons in Arma 3.

Find camp building backpack
You can either choose the backpack from the editor Props/Equipment/Recon camp backpack or use it's config name ReconMod_Camp_Backpack.

Build a recon camp
When having a recon backpack like Recon camp backpack you just have to drop it on the ground and use it's action build campsite. To pack the campsite again into the back just use the action pack camp on one of the camp props.


Future plans:
Camp Module Have a module where you can sync/configure specific items to so they are declared item capable of building a recon camp (like a backpack)
Recon Enemy Recon the enemy and virtually wright down (notebook gui) the informations to share with other players
Recon Enemy feat. ALiVE Recon the enemy and let the gathered information help OPCOM to launch appropiate QRF onto the spied enemy
Recon Reputation Earn recon reputation points to spend them on upgrading camp sites and purchasing recon vehicles
Faction specific camps Choose between a variety of camp setups
Custom Camp Module Define your own camp composition within the editor
