This addon contains different Iraqi insurgent units:

2 Iraq insurgent with AK PSO
1 Iraq insurgent with Ak silent
1 Iraq insurgent with Ak + granade launcher
1 Iraq insurgent with Sniper SVD
1 Iraq insurgent with Sniper KSVK
2 Iraq insurgent with RPG
1 Iraq insurgent with PK

Installation:
Just extract the pbo(s) in the addons-folder and you should be good to go.
Or (as we always recommend) use mod folders to keep your mods organized and prevent errors.
