Chernarus Seaside Rally

This is a very basic race mission, the objectives were largely met for this public beta release.

Planned but unfinished for public release is a point system. I need more time to research this feature.

* No addons required
* Vanilla cars are faster - 300km/h is achievable on long straights
* All cars are less affected by slowdowns over gravel/grass, gravel straights can still allow about 150km/h.
* Low mission size
* High visibility turn signs
* Repair script in case of tire damage
* Respawn script in case of fiery death will also respawn your car.
* Manual respawn can help in situations of overturned vehicle
* Time script works independent of player start time. Timer is started within the first turn.

Extract the .pbo file(s) to your ArmA2\Missions folder.
