DVD, D2D, Sprocket, or Steam?
Were they installed and functioning previous to the CRC CTD, and if so, what changes were made to the program, Operating System, or computer since the last successful load?

It'll help getting possible answers to your questions if you provide more (than the above) information on the problem.
