Not sure about the options tab, but you may also want to ensure that all your processor cores are "unparked" and being fully utilized. Some Windows installations park processor cores by default. I noticed a jump in performance when I used a utility to unpark my processor cores in my system registry. You can google this and download a small utility to do this for you. Of course, this only applies to multi-core processors.
