Since the first mission with NAPA, I am unable to command my team members. They only respond to some orders such as 'heal' or 'sit down', but I can't make them move except by cycling through them and moving them myself in 1st person one by one. I went 'lone wolf' for the convoy mission and it worked OK, but now in Badlands, I am not even able to cycle through team members. They just stand there, respond 'copy that' to every order I give them, but they jus don't act.
