So I will make a different "modfolder" for each of my addons /DL - Now, what is the best way to make sure all are used when I go to create / make / play missions? Will they all, automatically be "on"...... Or is this where it is good to use one of the "ARMA LAUNCHER" type utility programs?

That is really up to you, I just use the target line method because I don't use alot but launchers can be helpful if you want to pick and choose what you play with each time.
