Not really sure if this topic will help anything, I am sure people like the one who gave you this idea of creating such a topic will actually not bother to search for a post like this, check the stickies or follow links provided.

Anyway, I support the idea at first as indeed we make errors.......so instead of ranting, insulting us and calling us whatever names people should help us to fix any such errors.
I will sticky it and add a link to this topic on the pages, I have to think how and where to add it so it does not clutter the info.
